Shipping & returns.
Winter products need to arrive fast and be returnable without friction. Here's how it works.
Shipping times
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in metropolitan France. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free over €60. Below that, costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shown before payment — no surprises.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return a product, no questions asked. It just needs to be complete and in good condition. Contact us before sending anything back: return shipping is at your expense (except for defective products or our error), and the full refund goes out as soon as the product reaches us.
Defective products
If a product arrives damaged or fails under normal use, we replace or refund it — photos are enough, no mandatory return for obvious cases.
